Job Description

˙This role responsible for carrying out all the transactions required to support the employees life cycle with the organization and play the liaison role between Geo HR and the Business HR requirements.˙The GPO team extends services like responding to queries, processing transactions, and providing various documentation required by the employees.

  • Supporting Onboarding, bilingual offer generation and conducting GPO process˙orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Knowledge about the Ministry of Human Resource & Social development (MHRSD) Contracts Filing process - KSA Nationals and expats. Responsible for handling the MHRSD filing & coordination at the time of onboarding and also will also be responsible for MOL contract renewal based on the visa and contract type.
  • Responsible for end-to-end GOSI administration, includes registration, deregistration, GOSI certificate, report generation, salary update and GOSI payments.
  • Extend support in Government portal management.
  • Ensuring benefits & compliance reports filing. Coordinating with compliance team for Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
  • Maintain high standard of accuracy and quality, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and Wipro policy requirements.
  • Liaise with GEO HR team to keep abreast of business requirements to ensure that the Central GPO team is resourced and trained effectively to match with the local requirement.
  • Create a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change as well as responding to business requirements.
  • Oversee the relationship between Wipro and local 3rd party suppliers e.g. Immigration service providers (where applicable), Medical & Insurance vendors, etc.
  • Strong negotiation skill and able to manage the stakeholder?s interest as well. Should be able to manage the sensitive processes (like ? GOSI, WPS upload, MUDAAD) by ensuring the compliance.
  • Manging employee queries through emails and service now with in SLA and available to handle employee emergency cases. Adherence to timeline & ensuring closure of activities within the SLA.
  • Vacation travel approval in KSA.
