SummaryPerforms assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks related to equipment under Mechanic Equipment & Systems Section.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Performs directed tasks in the repair, maintenance and service of all equipment, pumps, compressors, sterilizers and associated hospital equipment related to mechanic equipment and systems workshop.2. Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all equipment within the Hospital Laundry and Kitchen area and pumps and compressors throughout the Hospital system.3. Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all equipment related to sterilization field that is found in CSSD, Operating Rooms and other critical areas.4. Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all power tools used to perform maintenance work and all other associated equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, chairs, tables, cots and other related metal items.5. Guides and trains lower graded personnel.6. Position may require rotation on various shifts to maintain 24 -hours coverage.7. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.9. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.EducationB.S Degree in Mechanical Engineering.ORTechnical Diploma in related field is required.Experience RequiredNo experience is required with B.S. Degree.ORThree (3) years of experience with Technical Diploma is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Drivers License ? A drivers license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi Drivers License.
