We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) individual who is currently based in Saudi Arabia for a starting up delivery services companyKey Responsibilities Include ? Develop and execute business strategies, drive sales and optimize performance.? Own the business strategy in alignment with strategic priorities to drive revenue and increase market share growth? Execute on the strategy by developing operational plans for the team, managing execution, measuring and delivering results.? Set up and manage analytics, develop and own the entire budget and other appropriate metrics.? Leverage customer insight and constantly monitor the competitive market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tacticsSkillsQualificationsA bachelor's degree in Business, commerce or Marketing. MBA is a plus.10 to 15 years' experience within shipping, postal or delivery services sector.Experience in managing a portfolio of digital applications and websites is highly preferred.Experience in establishing similar business startup.Knowledge of statistics, analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, problem solve, multi-task and deliver with good time management skills.Strong customer focus and orientation.
