  • Drive Growth and Profit: Lead the company toward achieving its growth and profitability goals.
  • Operations & Project Management: Oversee all operations and project management, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Animal Care Expertise: Leverage your experience and passion for animals to enhance our services.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage financial projections using Excel.
  • KPI Management: Establish and ensure the achievement of clear KPIs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Foster a positive work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Demonstrate a high sense of ownership and the ability to lead projects independently.
  • Problem Solving: Approach challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Policy Navigation: Navigate policies and regulations to support company growth.
