Job Description

As the General Manager of the Business Sector for our Human Resources company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business sector, ensuring the smooth functioning and profitability of all business activities. You will analyze and develop business strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability while providing strategic direction and leadership to the staff. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure that all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.Responsibilities

  • Led and manage a team of business professionals to ensure optimal performance and high levels of motivation and engagement.
