This role would suit an experienced restauranteur who has had experience in overhauling the operations of a business to enhance productivity and ultimately improve profit margins.??Responsibilities:?????????? Supervise all activities and services provided by various departments to current & potential clients.????????? Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand the needs, fill the gaps and assure high standard services.????????? Assess client restaurants and give recommendations for improving various aspects of the business, with the end goal of attracting more customers and increasing profit????????? Conduct in-depth observations of restaurant clients and engage in market research, taking note of competitors and target demographics.????????? Develop thorough and detailed business strategies, reports, analysis, and forecasting, as well as concept development.
