We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) individual who is currently based in Saudi Arabia for a starting up E-Commerce companyKey Responsibilities Include ? Develop and execute business strategies, drive sales and optimize performance.? Own the ecommerce strategy in alignment with strategic priorities to drive revenue and increase market share growth? Execute on the strategy by developing operational plans for the team, managing execution, measuring and delivering results.? Set up and manage analytics, develop and own the entire ecommerce budget around advertising spend, and other appropriate metrics.? Leverage customer insight and constantly monitor the competitive market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics? Vendor/Reseller ManagementSkillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, commerce or Marketing. MBA is a plus.10 to 15 years' experience within E-commerce and merchandising.Experience in managing a portfolio of digital applications and websites is a plus.Experience in establishing similar business startup.Knowledge of statistics, analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, problem solve, multi-task and deliver with good time management skills.Strong customer focus and orientation.
