  • Directs and over-see Sales and Operations for Proconnect.
  • Develops Business Development / Sales plans and procedures to ensure increase in profitability and service quality.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Resolve any arising problems or customs complaints.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding and transportation management.
  • Good contacts with prospective customers and also with customs and local market vendors.
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
