The selected candidate will lead all efforts to transform an existing Duct and Metal-work Factory into a turn-key HVAC solution contractor. The new Manager will be able to leverage the Group?s contracting arm (MARCO) existingrelationships with suppliers, it?s engineering capabilities and use METCO?s Duct factory manufacturing and installation capabilities to provide a full turnkey solution to HVAC customers. He will be responsible for the P,L of this new entity and must be able to cultivate customers and build a HVAC solutions brand. TheManager will be directly responsible for Business Development, Sales, Bidding and estimation, procurement, customer satisfaction, and indirectly overlook designs, projects overall performance, and Duct manufacturing.
