Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing General Manager candidates for Riyadh Branch, an indoor facility location.?This is a full-time position for someone who is career-oriented with some business or management experience and who is fun, friendly and loves the business of teaching to children 4 months to 12 years of age. ?Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a business environment and with experience in operations, management and financials.?Responsibilities include the implementation and management of financial accounting, implementation of advertising/marketing campaigns, direct supervision of Aquatic Managers and Office Managers, and direct supervision of the entire operation, including all staffing/scheduling.??Previous experience with aquatic instruction is a plus, but not a requisite.?Awesome work environment, long-term opportunity, top notch business management training and pay depending on experience.
