Job Description

We are a reputed bakery company .Our ethos is about using local, natural ingredients and we specialize in long fermentation processes and traditional techniques.

  • Focusing range we provide exceptional products to restaurants, cafes and shops across a wide area on a daily basis. This is a unique opportunity to have a creative and innovative input into a growing profitable business. The applicant will have input to the direction of the business, working closely with the owners on structure and process.
  • This role is to support company to bring revenue.
  • The Role: Customers and Supplier Relations - Creating relationships with key clients and suppliers that result in revenue/profitability growth.
  • Finance - Forecasting the annual budget and ensuring monthly targets are met. - Establishing a monthly sales/credit target and motivating all teams to exceed.
  • Marketing / Sales - Coordinating and implementing our marketing strategy through social media, events, demonstrations, and visits, across the region. Pro-actively selling our products directly to existing and prospective clients.
  • Food Hygiene / Health and Safety - Maintaining Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and legal compliance. - Responsible for the Health and Safety of all teams, conducting regular assessments, to ensure compliance.
  • Business Development - Responsible for both business and product development, ensuring that we are continually developing and evolving with an ever-changing market. - Liaising with other businesses, to promote joint products/ventures.
  • Staff Management: - Recruitment and mentoring of new staff. - Fostering relationships within the teams. - Managing multi-disciplined teams working over different shift patterns. Ensuring that teams are constantly engaged and have the opportunity to improve technical skills through education. Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes. Any other duties that may be required
