Job Description

Job briefAn Accountant is responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information for an organization. Whilst an Accountant may perform all the tasks encompassed in an accountancy role in smaller companies, different accountants are generally responsible for different accountancy areas in larger companies. This can include financial accounting and management accounting.Job description and duties:Checking and verifying all the credit invoices.Daily checking and verifying the sales report for all branches.Cash collection and coordinating with the mandoop to ensure that the depositing is done.Verifying Debit and credit card transaction daily basis.Weekly visit to each branch to Mentoring the stock and start to Mentoring branches Stock.

  • Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes.
  • Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns and Zakat House system
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
  • Prepare documents for audits.
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses.
  • Calculation of the payroll monthly.
