Job Description

  • Greet passengers and verify tickets
  • Assign passengers to appropriate seating
  • Answer inquiries regarding flights, airports and other services
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide information regarding airport facilities
  • Ensure that all passengers board the aircraft in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all luggage is loaded onto the aircraft
  • Notify the crew of any changes or delays in flight times
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
