?????????As an expert in civil aviation fuel systems design, you will conduct an investigation, a site visit/inspection, and devise a report setting out what or who is factually the root cause of the issues. Applicants should have proven root cause investigation experience. Previous experience in dispute resolution including arbitration or legal proceedings advantageous ? please make sure you specify examples of this experience in your CV.
?????????Technical faults / issues / defects pertaining to the following areas are to be investigated:
o??High Pressure on Fuel Hydrant System Issues:
o??Operational Issues ? Pump Tripping, Unwanted Pump Start/Stop, Issue with Flow Control Valve leading FWS element damage Issues
?????????The plan is to investigate and address the issues on their technical merits first, to determine 1) if there is a defect and 2) its factual cause. Thereafter you would work closely with the Company representatives to test the factual root cause in the context of the design and the obligations of the parties (there are numerous project stakeholders, players and participants), and then help the Company, apportion liability contractually, which would in turn inform the Company?s analysis of the sums in dispute.
