Front Office Agent (Receptionist)First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.What?s in it for you:

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Greeting and welcoming the guests upon arrival.
  • Making or confirming reservations for guests.
  • Providing the guests with brief information about the hotel services.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Ensuring the guest has everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
Your experience and skills include:
      • Relevant hotel experience.
      • Highly responsible & reliable.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
      • Good presentation skills.
      • Attention to details.
      • Knowledge of related computer software.
