We are seeking an experienced and qualified Foreman to oversee our construction projects. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing the workforce and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and timelines, while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a strong background in construction.ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise construction activities and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage and assign duties to workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivated.Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure they are followed accurately.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards by enforcing procedures and protocols.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction productivity and minimize waste.Maintain equipment and production records, and create reports as required.
