They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.Project Overview:Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently estimated at 94% complete.The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and , is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system.Riyadh?s population of nearly 6 million is forecast to increase to 8 million by 2030. These values are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.We invite you to apply to become part of this very important transportation project and deliver this railway system to the residents of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Essential Job Duties:The role of the Forensic Planner is a key part of the project controls team working closely with the contracts team in the preparation and assessment of contractor?s claims for additional time and cost associated with contract variations. The candidate for this position must have the necessary skills and experience level to be able to work independently and be capable of clearly communicating scenarios and solutions for group evaluation.The experience and skill-set of the candidate is to include the following:

1. Analyze and assess the quantification of the delay events, liabilities and entitlements.
2. Able to carry out document research in a logical, structured manner and be able to relate findings to conclusions for presentation to management and the customer
3. Able to interface with engineering and construction team personnel in the gathering and validation of evidence
4. Highly conversant with delay impact analysis methodologies
5. Familiar with concepts such as concurrent and parallel delays, excusable/non-excusable, compensable/non-compensable; case law and reference text (e.g. AACE, SCL) knowledge will be an advantage
6. Performs project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
7. Coordinates information input into specific studies. Evaluates study results and makes recommendations for project team consideration and discussion.
8. Responsible for preparing analysis and providing assessment reports with advice on the path forward.

Job Knowledge:

• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office.
• Fully conversant with Primavera P6 with a minimum of 10 years Primavera related experience.
• Skilled in oral presentation and written communication.
• Career experience must come out of the construction industry. Experience in major aviation, rail, or highways projects will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in planning of major construction and engineering projects.
• At least five years working as a claims scheduler. Consultant/client-side exposure will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
