Foreman - Civil (Commercial Building Project)Key Responsibilities:•Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.•Interpret project plans and blueprints, and ensure that work is carried out according to specifications and design requirements.•Schedule and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.•Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical challenges.•Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment on-site.Qualifications:•Diploma or vocational training in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•Proven experience working as a Civil Foreman on building construction projects, preferably in a supervisory capacity.•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in the context of building structures.•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.•Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.•Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.•Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is desirable.•Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.📍 Location : Riyadh
