Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Horeca Manager to join our team in Riyadh managing Saudi Arabia. As a Horeca Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our Horeca division. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, customer retention, and profitability in the Horeca sector.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share in the Horeca sector
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts in the Horeca sector
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to the Horeca sector
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Horeca sector
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  6. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  8. Knowledge of the Horeca industry and its dynamics in Saudi Arabia
