As a procurement/category specialist of?food warehouse, this person will be responsible for supporting?the?development of entire category and to ensure good performance and improvement throughout the?company?organization.Responsibilities include:?Manage the suppliers portfolio??Research on customer insights, perform market and competitor analysis, to identify demands and requirements from local market?Provide accurate information(market, suppliers, trend?)?Establish and manage a good relationship with suppliers and with internal cross-functional team?Conduct analysis on demand and supply for purchasing and develop buying plan for each product category?Coordinate the assortment demand within?the different departement?Participate in the terms and condition negotiation with the supplier?Manage the daily business of his / her subcategory?Manage all information flows (suppliers, QA, Logistics, ) of his / her subcategory?Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved?Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities?Support in forecasting trends and developing road-map for further expansion of company/ work function?Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
