Job Description

A Saudi leading Restaurant Company in the field of Food & Beverage inRiyadh , is looking for a Operation Managerto lead our capable team of professionals. The candidate should ideally havework experience in the following areas:

  • Responsible for all aspects of business operations from planning,
organizing, directing, controlling, and reporting of the entire operationsdepartment.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, to improve
and revolutionize the effectiveness of the entire department.
  • Directing the customer-facing operations to meet strategic growth,
sales, profitability, and operational standard targets.
  • Presenting valuable food with excellent quality to achieve or surpass
guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all products and services standards are met consistently.
  • Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on
restaurant processes and determine appropriate feedback fromemployees and maintain all restaurant plans.
  • Reviews sales mix & food cost performance monthly with the Supply
chain team and proposes new &/or replacement product targets.
  • Promotes a culture of customer-focused excellence at all times in
directing and communicating with the operations team
  • Responsible for the follow-up and completion of any major defects
and periodic maintenance models .
  • Responsible for ensuring the daily work of the kitchen production line.
  • Responsible for cost control, quality of food, customer satisfaction,
service speed and increased profitability.
