To Monitor staff performance during receiving and delivering items, manage spaces for incoming and outgoing shipments, make sure that tools are working efficiently, and make required reports.Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor for required documents related to incoming shipments /productionAllocate space for incoming shipments as well as required manpower for unloading in accordance with Warehouse ManagerUpdate shipments by making variance reports and submit to Warehouse ManagerGenerate Picking List from ERP system to ensure KPIs achievements.Allocate staff to locationsEnsure proper quantities are packed and dispatched to stores as per Allocation SheetEnsure tools and instruments are used efficiently such as scanner, bar codes machinesPerform other related duties as assignedRecommend improvements to Warehouse Section?s policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activityEnsure relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective resultsContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementIdentify, assess and recruit key talent for Warehouse Section?sManage and assist subordinates to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and proceduresGuide, mentor and develop the Warehouse team as part of their continuous developmentSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performancePromote a high-performance working environment within the Warehouse Section?s
