Job DescriptionDirectly supervise, manage, and coordinate daily tasks for all company drivers.Monitor fleet movements and ensure logbooks and transportation schedules are efficiently maintained.Be fully ready and willing to drive and operate vehicles yourself whenever operational needs arise.SkillsProven experience in transport management, fleet controlling, or logistics (Construction sector experience is a plus).Valid Saudi Driving License.Valid Iqama.Bilingual (Must speak both Arabic and English) to communicate effectively.Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage and control a team of drivers.
