Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Maintenance Officer to join our organization. As the Fleet Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of our fleet of vehicles. This is a crucial role within our organization as our vehicles play a key role in our day-to-day operations.Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and promptly
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize fleet efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and ensure resources are allocated accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including costs, and provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage and oversee a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
