-Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and other service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, or needs, using the application or direct contact.-Oversee all communications within specifically assigned regions.-Monitor personnel and/or vehicle locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules on the ground and ERP system.-Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from operation crews and supervisors necessary to achieve successful execution of job orders using the application.- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, and other dispatch information using the ERP system.-Prepare, monitor, and analyze the preventive maintenance services execution for Vehicles within specifically assigned regions.-Monitor and direct the fleet personnel to comply with the health and safety policies and procedures.
