Job Title: Fitness PT / Conditioning CoachLocation: KSA, RiyadhJob Type: Full-TimeGender: Male/ FemaleOverview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a strong background in conditioning training, and the ability to deliver high-quality group classes as well as personalized one-on-one sessions. This role requires a coach who can inspire, motivate, and help our clients achieve their fitness goals in a multipurpose gym environment.Key Responsibilities:?Design and lead conditioning-focused group classes.?Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.?Monitor and assess client progress, offering adjustments to programs as needed.?Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere within the gym.?Collaborate with other trainers to create a cohesive and supportive environment.?Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients during training sessions.Qualifications:?Certification in personal training and/or conditioning coaching (e.g., NASM, ACE, CSCS).?Proven experience in delivering group classes and personal training.?Strong understanding of conditioning, strength, and flexibility training principles.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels.?CPR/AED certification is a plus.?Creative ?
