Job Description

On behalf of a high-end Hospitality Group specializing in fine dining restaurants, we are seeking a?Fit Out Director?for their Riyadh operations. Reporting to the General Manager you will manage, monitor, and report the progress and procurement on all new property developments (F&B projects); having involvement from concept to completion.

  • Creating, planning, and evaluating development targets, budgets, project scopes, and time schedules, along with regular and ongoing high-quality reports to the CEO and senior management, for the delivery of F&B projects.
  • The development director should monitor the financial requirements of the development program and ensure forecasts are accurate and well-maintained.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to optimize the project and securing key project boundaries with landlords and partners.
  • Oversee the appointment of external consultants and contractors, becoming the main coordinator between Property, Contractors, and Consultants.
  • To ensure compliance with contracts, design specifications, and company ethos.
  • Developing project scopes and time schedules.
  • Manage allocated budget for each project, monitor and present forecasts.
  • Building and maintaining consultant/contractor relationships.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Presenting the client/project brief; clearly outline the scope and aspirations of the project.
  • Outlining expectations and outcomes.?Managing resources and staffing.
  • Being accountable for the financial success of all projects.
  • Managing site HSE outcomes and safe systems of work.
  • Monitoring staff output and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and control of project documentation.
  • Ensuring coordination and communication of documentation flows to relevant stakeholders.
