Role:? To execute assigned works such that they are completed within the time, Productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company?s safety practices and manpower productivity.? To assign and efficiently distribute available resources and materials.Responsibilities:? Able to read the drawing. To check the material required.? Distribution of work in between Pipe fitter and welders and helpers Coordinate with stores/foreman to collect the material on time. Stock the material in right way.? Reporting about workmen progress to Supervisor on daily basis.? Reporting about material requirement.? Coordinate with civil foreman and Project engineer and managers to make the work front.? Safety responsibility / management / awareness? PPE Supply and upkeep for self and others? Method Statement management? Tool Box talks - planning and delivery? Productivity targets - Management / review / reporting? Responsible for optimizing the allocated manpower, material and equipment for assigned projects? Arranging tools. Reading shop drawings and sketches. Checking alignment of pipes & supports.? Checking and installation as per approved drawing & method statement.? Assisting for TAB.? Protecting installed services. Housekeeping.? Good Knowledge on material shifting/rigging? Installation in non-conventional areas like high ceiling/double height? Safety responsibility/management/awareness PPE Supply and upkeep for self and others Method Statement management? Tool Box talks - planning and delivery? Productivity targets - Management / review / reporting? Hydraulic testing with testing equipment?s.? Informing supervisors for raising WIR (work inspection report) Rectifying efficiently the comments on WIR? Ensure Valve and Pipe alignment with proper insulation done on it.? Monitoring effectiveness working on site of his team and ensure they are productive? Knowledge in checking of Parallel, Vertical Lines/Pipes? Knowledge & experience in working at threading machines and cutting machines.? Knowledge to find and rectify the fault parts at the machines which is useful for fittings Knowledge in all types of machines parts.? Basic knowledge of electrical.? Knowledge to fit 90 elbows, 45 elbows eccentric reducers, tee, and flanges in line with pipelines.? Knowledge to take the measurement as per the site condition considering the fittings in line with pipeline.? Knowledge of all types of valves.? Knowledge to install the right valve at the right place.? Clear knowledge to carry out the pressure test.? Knowledge to find out the right fitting for right place based on the site condition.? Knowledge for considering the clearance for coordination.? Reading approved shop drawing (Issued for construction) and related documents like method statement.? Proper communication to the superiors and work force. Allotment of work to technicians and below.? Knowledge of piping systems, joining methods, and pressure tests for UPVC,HDPE,GRP,Copper,and,
