Job Summary:The Financial Controller will oversee and manage all financial aspects of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial performance, and providing financial guidance to achieve the hotels strategic objectives. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience in the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and offer insights to support hotel operations and revenue optimization.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue, and advise on cost-saving measures.
