Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Controller for a company in the field of IT Solutions who will be supporting and working closely with the Financial Director and heads of departments to manage the financial and commercial aspects of the business.This includes assisting in financial management and control, financial and regulatory reporting, managing the relationship with the auditors, and providing planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and funding support.˙Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting-related tasks, with assistance from the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely collection of overdue payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and present accurate MIS reports on time.
  • Guide and supervise Accountants and Senior Accountants.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Liaise with statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely and smooth completion of audits.
  • Work on special projects as required by management.
  • Prepare and reconcile all monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Control the cost of projects.
  • Assist the Financial Director in creating, monitoring, and updating financial-related policies and procedures.
  • Conduct monthly expense analysis.
