Your Role:We are looking for an extraordinary Group Financial Controller to join a magnificent group and support the Group CFO for the journey ahead. Your main responsibilities would revolve around: You would come armed with a stronghold on IFRS, Tax/Zakat, accounting, auditing, and Financial Reporting & Analysis. This would form the core basis of your role here. You would be managing multiple subsidiary experience so previous experience in handling a group, or multiple companies would be extremely useful. Managing and developing a highly diverse team of finance professionals. You would deep dive into financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Would be responsible for due diligence for any major projects, acquisitions, launches, capacity enhancement, etc. Improve and monitor the Internal Audit policies and procedures of the group regularly.Additionally, Develop, and deploy the accounting and internal control policies to deliver a superior partnership to the group. Ability to partner with the leadership team for better and faster decision-making, ensuring internal controls are effective with measures in place to see the ROI / ROE. The ability to drive transformation would be key.
