Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Collector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Financial Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial collections and a strong understanding of debt recovery processes.Responsibilities:

  1. Contact clients to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
  2. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
  3. Research and investigate delinquent accounts to determine reasons for non-payment
  4. Prepare and send collection letters and notices to debtors
  5. Document all communication and actions taken in the collection system
  6. Work closely with the finance and legal departments to resolve any escalated issues
  7. Provide regular updates on collection activities to management
  8. Develop and implement strategies for improving collection efficiency
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in debt recovery
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial collections or related field
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  5. Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Knowledge of debt recovery processes and legal requirements
  7. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult clients
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills
  9. Fluency in Arabic and English is required
