Job Description

On behalf of a global fast-food retail chain, we are seeking a?Financial Analyst?to join their Riyadh operations.To carry out standard management reports and analyze financial and non-financial data in order to provide accurate and timely reports for strategic and operational decisions.

  • Compile, enter, and maintain financial information in the system in order to generate any required management reports for the decision-making process.
  • Collect, verify and analyze financial and non-financial information and make analytical reports for the purpose of decision making, financial planning and operational target setting.
  • Analyze the viability proposed investments and make recommendations.
  • ?Analyse the variances of planned VS actual and report to the concerned stakeholders.
  • Timely preparation all assigned internal management reports and global reports.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly revenue reporting of all business channels.
  • ?Sales reconciliations between deposits and accounting records.
  • Timely preparation of the FRM (Financial Review meeting) reporting package and sharing with all stakeholders for the effective meeting.
  • Timely preparation of all assigned PowerPoint presentations to Director, Finance for scheduled meetings.
  • Timely preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the leadership for any visitors? meetings.
  • ?Carry out timely operational incentive calculation and ensure timely payment.
  • Coordination with Regional Office for uploading of reports and any other reporting submission related concerns.
  • Assist Manager, Finance on the financial planning process?
