Job Description

Job Purpose SummaryDirect and oversee the financial activities and strategies of the Business Units and Departments to ensure that they are managed effectively and efficiently. Direct the preparation of current financial reports, and create forecasts predicting future growth.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
  • Develop protocols, standards, and SOPs for the accounting & financial department
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions,
  • and trends
  • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances,
  • and trends
  • Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team
  • Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes
  • Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing incoming and outgoing data
  • from the accounting team
  • Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial
  • analysis
  • Ensure quarterly external audits are successfully executed
  • Support valuation, planning, and forecasting
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets
  • Prepare all financial reporting which will be periodically presented to the Board
  • Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and
  • stakeholders
  • Manage the expense claim by each employee
  • Track cash flow and financial planning as well as analyse the companys financial
  • strengths and weaknesses and propose corrective actions
  • Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to
  • actual expenses; oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
