Job Description

ACEC Group is a dynamic organization seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of Bayt Al Baraka Holding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Bayt Al Baraka Holding is a conglomerate consisting of six subsidiary companies operating in diverse sectors.Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Cash Management:
    • Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
    • Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team to optimize performance and professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
