JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Finance Manager in one of our key projects inRiyadhwith excellent administrative and analytical financial skills. You are expected to examine and compile financial reports and be well acquainted with local regulations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.To ensure success, the candidate should be very detail-oriented and be problem-solvers. They must also have strong analytical and report writing skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in the formation and implementation of project budgets for each significant part of the project, project cash flows and quarterly financial management reports along with summary of any deviation to budgets to the Executive Management.Communicate routinely with project managers on a variety of job-related tasks such project status, any possible deviation and relevant financial impact on current and future results.Ensure that an effective internal control environment exists through compliance with, and development and implementation of, policies, processes, and procedures.Keeping track of all expenses, liabilities, and projected costs.Working closely with the procurement and human resource department to ensure alignment on costs and expenditure.Responsible for day-to-day activities, including financial reporting, management reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and external audit of annual financial statements in accordance Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Company Law requirements.Prepare and submit monthly / annual tax returns in accordance rules and regulations structured by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Tax Authorities.Prepare quarterly financial reporting pack for the purpose of consolidation of Company?s financial results at the head office. Additionally, it includes commentary on financial results in comparison to budget and actuals of the comparative period.
