Black & Grey is hiring for a fast growing Event Management and Advertising company in Saudi.Our client is looking to hire a experienced Finance Manager who will analyze the financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.<br /><br />- Coordinate workload for the team, ensure viable staff cover of the department and provide support and training as appropriate.<br />- Produce weekly sales statistics for circulation to management relating to the Guilds main commercial activities and other areas that require regular monitoring.<br />- Ensure the efficient and effective processing of all transactions associated with the Sales Ledger function.<br />- To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of payroll processing data for authorization by the Head of Finance<br />- Proposes changes to accounting and financial policies and procedures to ensure efficacy of service. Liaises with budget-holders to ensure compliance to the policies and procedures within the FPM.<br />- Assist the Finance Manager in the annual budget process and long term forecast process working to deadlines and engaging stakeholders.<br />- Continually look to identify areas for improvement and develop processes that willenhance the level of service offered to Finance Department stake-holders.<br /><br />Requirements-Bachelors degree in finance or accounting/Post Graduate in Finance would be an added advantage<br />- Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant candidates would be preferred<br />- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation<br />- Outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets<br />- Excellent Communication Skills<br />- Excellent Financial analysis such as financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary + benefits<br />
