We have an immediate need for a Finance Manager. We are looking for smart, dedicated individuals who have a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Job Responsibilities:Monitor day to day financial operations within the company such as invoicing, receipts, check payments and other transactions.Manage company cash flow and ensuring funding of the company including bank loans etc.Provide and implement strategic financial plans, budgeting and forecasting.Manage a variety of finance and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as collection and payment processing, payroll, dealing with banks, local customers and suppliers.Review and analyze financial reports and assists management to make financial decisions.Execute short and long-term financial strategies and plans to reach company goals.Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system.Lead in the execution of changes to procedures & policies.Preparing and presenting analysis reports to the management highlighting business issues, potential risks and profit opportunities.Have a clear understanding of and adherence to current laws and regulations.SkillsStrategic and financial planning expert, Accounting & Finance, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Accurate forecasting, Quality Focus, Objectivity, Staff leadership and development.You have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field.You have any related certifications (MBA, CPA or CMA)You have minimum 8+ years? experience in the related position.You are proficient with ERP system and Excel (Advanced skills) and other business software.You have in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesYou pay attention to detail, are accurate, and adhere to deadlinesYou have strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Arabic.You are excellent at problem-solving.You are accountable, trustworthy, have integrity, and champion diversity.
