Reports to the President/CEO.
Oversee and consolidates the financial statements of Adeem Int?l Group of companies.
Direct and monitor all financial activity of the organization.
Manage company cash flow including outside funding (bank loans, etc.)
Establish internal work processes for the Finance & Accounting department and monitor their progress.
Oversee all accounting works and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information.
Provide strategic financial planning & budgeting advices to increase profits, minimize losses and for the long-term growth of the company.
Analyze and interpret financial data and present the information with reports to CEO and stockholders.
Have a clear understanding of and adherence to current laws and regulations.
