ObjectivesOur client is looking for a Finance Director, to manage the entire Finance department tasks in regard to the strategies and operational to support other departments in achieving company goals and objectives.From providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the companys financial commitments are met. While managing the cash flow and sourcing funds as per requirement. Risk management and strategy development. Establishing system controls and developing procedures to improve existing systems. Working capital management and cost control. Budgetary control exercise.Job responsibilities:Finance:

• Lead the Finance team to connect employees to business goals throughout the best practices and coaching.
• Analyze and report on financial performance.
• Direct and control finance employees to ensure are appropriately motivated and developed and so that responsibilities are carried out to the required standard.
• Liaising and managing the external and internal audit, VAT, and Zakat returns.
• Develop?necessary policies and procedures, including accounting policy; to ensure the sound financial management and control of the business.
• Develop and maintain all necessary system analysis and improvisation, policies and procedures including SOP and SLAs to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company
• Contribute to the achievement of the companys business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
• Develop and control the company?s annual operating budget control and variance analysis to ensure that all financial targets are met, and financial and statutory regulations complied with for cost optimization and better returns.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the management and employees to enable them to achieve objectives.
• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets, including weekly meetings, ExCom presentations and minutes, complex financial data in order to keep management informed.
• Oversee the preparation of the companys financial accounts and resources to ensure accurate and on time presentations.
• Managing internal controls, including assessing to minimize risk.
• Review and approve of Capex, including purchase orders.

• Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure it complies with terms and conditions and provide the best value to the company.
• Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations.
• Monitor and approve recruitment of finance resources, including appraisal, training, and development to ensure meeting departments requirements.
• Review all company payments including payroll to ensure compliance.

• Reviewing the auction results and approving the vehicle sale in order to ensure effective operations and comply with USC policy.
• Monitor and control insurance management including the fleet insurance in order to provide the best value to the company.

• Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching?etc. to ensure the maximum achievement of the set objectives.
