Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller who is responsible to aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support the executive management team byoffering insights and advices that allows them to make the best business decisions for the company. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross- functional teams to deliver the company?s vision and strategy.(Generally include but are not limited to)

  • Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying areas to improve for business efficiencies and costs reductions.
  • Monitoring internal controls.
  • Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions
  • Solving technical finance and accounting issues
  • Managing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Managing financial transactions.
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
  • Developing plans for financial growth.
  • Evaluating and managing risk.
  • Coordinating audit processes.
  • Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
  • Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
  • Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies
  • Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis
  • findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities
