Job Description

Job Purpose:Managing Topline Reporting of Actual & Forecasts with underlying build-up of brands, regions and channels of AlSafi Danone providing accurate and timely information with detailed insights to drive corrective actionsJob Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of Al Safi Danone topline reporting and analysis including actual closing, monthly diagnostics, mid-month estimates, strategic plans, annual budget, periodic forecasts and related presentations including board and shareholder reporting
  • Supporting the monthly GPS process; aligning all stakeholders and ensuring forecasting accuracy with strong governance and timely escalation of risks in different areas of the business
  • Partnering with commercial team to roll out, monitor and drive corrective actions against MWB KPIs with complete, timely and accurate insights of business drivers
  • Maintaining and improving financial models to ensure efficient and accurate reporting of topline results at brand, region, and channel level.
  • Carrying out root cause analysis of significant monthly variances to forecast and drive process improvement to enhance the quality of future forecasts
  • Supporting on overall P&L simulations for Commercial initiatives
  • Ad-hoc financial modelling, analysis, and presentations
  • Proactively identify the opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes and practices considering ?international and external best practices?, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Work with different finance teams to integrate and simplify the end-to-end planning and reporting requirements
