Filmmaker - Corporate Affairs (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Our Client is seeking a talented Filmmaker, you will be responsible for crafting narratives and creation of a range of cinematic projects. This role will be instrumental in helping the organization contribute towards creating award winning work. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing video productions and ensure that the visual storytelling aligns with the companys creative vision and effectively communicate the message.Client DetailsWell established government organization in Saudi Arabia growing at an exponential pace.DescriptionResponsibilities* Gain a deep understanding of project requirements and recommend appropriate video formats.* Conceptualise and develop compelling narratives for video productions.* Collaborate closely with the Head of Department (your reporting line) to align on creative direction, strategy, and style.* Secure necessary permits, locations, and complete all required paperwork.* Create detailed production schedules to ensure smooth execution of projects.* Use artistic elements to convey narrative and evoke emotions.* Select and source suitable camera, audio, and lighting equipment.* Arrange transportation for crews and equipment as needed.* Oversee the creation of both static and motion graphics.* Assemble a team of professionals, including editors, videographers, photographers, and others.* Manage project budgets effectively.* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the studio and across the Corporate Communication Division.* Review the final video, offer constructive suggestions, and implement changes when necessary, including hands-on editing if required.* Supervise the direction, voice-overs, and other aspects of the video production process.* Maintain, log, and organize video equipment storage regularly.* Maintain comprehensive records of all company productions and content.* Collaborate closely with editors to enhance the digital asset database. Lead small-scale shoots with confidence, commanding a constructive presence on set.ProfileRequirements and Skills* Demonstrated work experience as a Filmmaker, handling multiple high-profile projects for at least 6+ years.* Proficiency in digital technology and video editing software packages, such as Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut.* Strong expertise in stakeholder management.* A clear and creative vision, with the ability to translate it into best-class narratives.* Familiarity with animation, 3D, and graphics processes, guiding team members within the department.* Balanced proficiency in creative and production/time management aspects.* Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative.* Extensive and diverse experience in both global corporate environments and agency settings.* Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, handle multiple feedback channels, and develop clear, concise, and cohesive strategies.* Discretion, confidentiality, and tact when dealing with all projects.* Proficiency in Arabic reading, writing, and speaking is highly advantageous.Job OfferAn attractive compensation benefits package is available.
