Role Purpose:ÿTo Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules;restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts;supervising staff.Key Accountabilities:ú Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards andprocedures.ú Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information tostrategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, andcustomer-service standards.ú Meets maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoringexpenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actionsú Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment byimplementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems andequipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative componentsand parts.ú Monitor the targets of Performance (TE, OE, MTTR, MTBF, TD?) and use them inorder to build action plans and priorities of the cells.ú Is part of the FDS Processes & prioritizes the work orders into a preventivemaintenance action plan for the area (yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily) consistent withthe site priorities (SQCDM).ú Lead & manage the organizations and the resource for UHT / TTOP cellsú Apply the set preventative maintenance programs and procedures.ú Ensure that the right spare parts are available for all the cells.ú Determine and justify the budget (Spare parts / internal labor / Contractors) for thecells.
