The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, specifically in interface management roles within the consultancy sector, with a strong background in site supervision for projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.Your new role, whats involved?

  • Develop and implement field traffic management plans, including detour routes, traffic control measures, and signage, to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow during construction activities.
  • Conduct site assessments and traffic impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities related to traffic management.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address traffic-related requirements and concerns.
  • Review and approve traffic management plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of traffic management measures during construction, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with traffic management plans and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and field staff on traffic management and detour procedures.
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for temporary traffic control measures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on field traffic management activities and performance.
