Job Title: Female Lagree InstructorFull time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.- Conduct Lagree classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.- Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.- Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Lagree techniques.- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.Requirements:- Lagree certificate (preferably level 2 or above)- At least two years of teaching experience.- Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology.- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.- Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.Benefits:- Basic Salary, tax free starting from 3,500 USD based on qualifications.- 20% commission on PT classes.- Accommodation allowance.- Transportation allowance.- Recruitment and holiday flight.- 30 calendar days paid vacation.- Health and medical insurance plan.- Commission on all private/group sessions outside working hours ( upon trainer?sapproval to work during that time).- Incentive plan.
