Gym Brand: The client is a highly esteemed educational institution in Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking fitness instructors to work at fitness centers located within their brand new facilities.?Job Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.?Period of Contract: 24 months?Gender: Female only?Reporting: Operation managerThe candidate should be able to develop their own GX classes and to execute PT sessions. Accountable the performance and output of the training team therefore experience in appraisals and developing the skill set of the trainer is essential. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a prerequisite.Skills & Experience Requirements:? In depth knowledge of Private coaching techniques from assessment to program design.? Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.? Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.? Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.? Possess a strong customer service focus.? Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.? Understands and follow oral and written instructions.? Communicates clearly and concisely.? Possesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstratesthe ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.? Experience operating office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax and photocopiers.? Ability to work, setup and execute successful weekends? Extroverted/Self motivator/Customer service mindedMinimum certifications/educational level:? Current CPR? REPs Registered ? Level 3? Certification from recognized organization? High school diploma or general education degree (GED).? 4-year Degree in a related fieldMinimum experience:? Minimum of six months of related experience (preferred).Physical Requirements:? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.? Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking.
