Job Description

Our client, a leading Property Developer who owns and operates Lifestyle and strip malls throughout Saudi Arabia are currently hiring Facility Management Supervisors/Executives to join the Property Management Department to assist in the management˙and operation of these properties.

  • Ensure AMC are in compliance with their contract.
  • Audit and inspect sites to ensure they are being maintained in the appropriate condition.
  • Initiate corrective maintenance works or other work/actions based on their inspections, service reports, or observations/complaints from 3rd parties.
  • Ensure sites are maintained in a safe condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.˙
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate corrective action, including preparation of reports.
  • Ensure tenants are in compliance with the terms of their lease and site operation manuals.
  • Prepare and have input on the preparation of AMC contracts.
  • Prepare BOQ for minor work projects.
  • Prepare reports technical as requested.
  • Prepare project improvement plans for projects.
  • Liaise with Marketing, RDT and other departments in relation to activities.
  • Assist in the mobilisation of FM contracts.
  • Assist in the Handover and commissioning of new developments.
  • on their projects.
