Job Description

On behalf of a leading Real Estate Development company, we are seeking a Facility Management Operation Executive.Based in Riyadh you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Quality Service Providers, optimizing the quality of Site Control, and site condition status, and demonstrating leadership in managing OPS Staff and assure a reliable OPS Team.

  • Supervise/manage Operations team in accordance with department policy.
  • Follow up all Head Office operations activities in addition to Hard FM services, Security & Cleaning Services eg Soft, Landscaping, waste management, water supply & Pest control services
  • Follow up on all Tenant complaints in coordination with Tenants relation dept. etc.
  • Monitor complete property safety, Facilities, and roof access.
  • Manage and ensure security and cleaning department staff are trained by the agencies and in-house training periodically and follow safety and security in Head office.
  • Ensure all the public areas, retail areas, technical areas, and offices are maintained to industry standards.
  • Follow up on all policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the evacuation plan and attend any emergency call or action and be responsible on-site.
  • Supervise the cleaning contractors and ensure the cleaning and security schedule and staff roster are at the optimum level.
  • Ensure the site control is up and running with the maximum performance of its equipment, systems, and staff.
  • Report inspection upgrades to the department to ensure its optimum performance.
  • Execute any task in conjunction with soft services responsibilities.
  • Ensure PPM regimes are implemented to ensure services and the civil fabric of the building is maintained to industry standards
  • Corrective maintenance is implemented to ensure the plant and the civil fabric is repaired to an appropriate standard in a timely manner.
