Urgent Requirement for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Position: Facility Maintenance EngineerCandidate must have transferable Iqama and be available immediately to join.Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical requiredResponsibilities:•Provide technical support for facility management operation•Conduct engineering analyses and assessments•Assist in the management of operation projects, including planning and execution.•Manage the inspection and maintenance of building fabric and assets to standards and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.•Coordinated major maintenance and repairs as required for civil, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, medium and low voltage systems, generators, etc. and investigated and diagnosed faults.•Manage the FM service providers on site by following the operation SLA and KPIs•Assure that safety, assurance, compliance, performance and sustainability standards and business processes are followed.•Manage maintenance stakeholders and operation aspects and FM resources with respect to building facilities.•Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability standards and business processes.•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.Salary: 3700 - 4000 SR + 300 SR for Food + Accommodation & Transportation
